Herbal Elixirs can be mixed with other Herbal Elixirs, Flower and Gem Essences can be mixed with other Flower and Gem Essences. Or a combination of Herbal Elixirs and Flower and Gem Essences. Layering products supports better and enhanced overall healing. It is recommended to put the Herbal Elixirs into a small about of purified water and drink together. Flower and Gem Essences are better taken under the tongue one at a time. Any of the Senses of the Soul Teas can also be added to the overall layering of your choice of products.
