Filigree Point Pendant

These polished gemstone pendants are set in a filigree cap. Gemstone points are believed to focus the healing power of the stone. Each pendant comes with a chain. Pendant approx. 60 - 70 mm length. Chain approx. 45 cm length.

Turquoise / Blue Howlite is dyed Howlite. As a healing stone, it has all the generic properties of howlite but additional properties associated with its colour. Turquoise / Blue Howlite can aid dream recall and enables the understanding of dreams. It can also assist astral travel during sleep. Howlite is a very calming stone. It is an excellent remedy for insomnia and is calming for an overactive mind meaning that it can also be used as an aid for meditation. Howlite aids patience and removes rage and anger, including any anger directed towards its owner.

Sodalite is a royal blue stone with white veining. It is a hard, yet fragile stone that is named after its sodium content. It is somewhat similar to lapis though it rarely contains pyrite and its veining sets it apart. As a healing stone, it has been known since antiquity as the stone of artists because it is believed to be able to promote inspiration and creativity while also providing protection. Enhances communication and expression. Cuts through density and illusion bringing clarity and truth. Calms and clears the mind allowing it to become logical and rational.

Rose quartz is a member of the largest family of stones, the silica group and is composed of silicon dioxide with traces of titanium. It emits a calming, cooling energy which can work on all of the chakras to gently remove negativity and to reinstate the loving, gentle forces of self-love. The pink colour of rose quartz has been symbolic of love throughout the ages.

Opalite is a man-made opalized glass resin that is fused with metal to create an opalescent effect. It generally appears milky iridescent and is often used to place on the crown chakra. Others choose it to soothe frayed nerves.

Green aventurine is translucent green quartz with chrome mica inclusions. Often mistaken for jade. Once thought to draw out the heat of fevers, inflammation and nervous system stress. Green aventurine is a popular meditation and healing stone and is said to promote tranquility, positive attitudes, health and well-being.

Gold tigers eye is a gemstone in which crocidolite has been replaced by quartz, while its fibrous structure is preserved. The shimmering eye-like nature, called chatoyancy, is caused by these fibers. It enhances connection with personal power and will and helps manifest what one is thinking. Assists clear perception and insight and acts as an emotional balancer. Generally we carry polished gold tiger eye points from India which taper to a point and are approximately 65 - 80 mm tall. Points from China have straight sides which taper at the top are approximately 50 mm tall.

Amethyst is the purple variety of quartz crystal composed of silicon dioxide with traces of iron. As a healing stone it is said to be helpful in ridding nightmares. Just hold the Amethyst crystal on the forehead for a minute and ask it to guide you through a peaceful sleep, then place it under your pillow. Also helpful to calm an overworked and over stressed mind. It is thought to dispel negativity and create a peaceful environment.

Carnelian, the red or orange variety of agate, contains various iron compounds. It is a powerful motivation stone and has been called the "self-esteem stone". It assists in focusing on the present, stimulates appetite, physical energy, emotions, passion and concentration.

This synthetic stone has been created to look like the traditional green banded stone malachite. Green colour therapy relates to nurturing, tranquility, positive attitudes, health and well-being. Real malachite is a much more expensive stone so this is an alternative for those on a budget to still connect with the colour therapy of green. 

Strawberry quartz is used to stimulate the heart energy centre, filling ones total person with the feeling of love and with the euphoria of the true loving environment. This treated form of quartz, also known as hydroquartz has a stronger pink hue than the natural rose quartz.
